The Value of Supply Chain Consistency
On the list of sales messages from companies across the temperature-controlled supply chain, I don’t know that ‘consistency’ is in the Top 10. It should be. Supply chain consistency is a fundamental tenant of any successful product or process. You find a high degree of consistency in the world’s best brands, in product quality and market identity. An inability to control consistency stifles and even brings down organizations that otherwise might have a stellar future. Lack of time consistency can interrupt business and create issue with otherwise active customers.
Consistency builds reputations, allows for measurement in continuous improvement and instills a sense of ‘what’s right’ among everyone in the organization.

Without this consistency, we lack efficiency, quality, control, and morality. That’s why we make it a non-negotiable trait.
