The Hanson Chicago Consolidation Center currently offers 5,000,000 cu. ft. (135,000 sq .ft.) of temperature-controlled space with 15,600 pallet positions. Designed specifically for high-volume throughput, the facility features flexible racking and layout enabling Hanson to meet a variety of customer requirements, including case-pick consolidation and cross docking. Transportation services include shuttle service for food manufacturers, nationwide full-truckload service and Hanson Velocities™ Multi-Vendor Consolidation and delivery.

The new facility is being built in three phases with a total of 45,000 pallet positions ranging from deep frozen (-20°F) to (0°F) frozen and (28- 42°F) cooler.
